Think your home is a match and want to know how the process works?
If you feel like your home would be a potential match then the first step from here is to reach out and set up a brief tour of your home with our Listing Team. This visit will only take about 15 minutes and by the end of the tour, we will be able to tell you if we feel it would be a good match and that we want to bring the Boggs' to see it.
At that point, we would gather some basic details from you and complete a one-time listing agreement that lays out all of the various terms so that you'd have a very clear expectation of what to expect moving forward.
We would then schedule a time for our Buyer Specialist to bring the Boggs' to the house for their tour. If they were interested in making an offer on your home after seeing it, we would assist them in completing an offer to purchase to present to you and help facilitate negotiations until you both reach a deal you're happy with. We will receive our compensation from your closing proceeds only if you successfully closed on a sale you were happy with so there's no need to worry about needing any money upfront.
Once an agreement is in place, our BP&Co Team would then guide everyone through all the remaining steps which would include inspections, appraisals, any repair negotiations, etc, just as we would any other transaction to ensure that we all reached a successful closing with as little stress along the way as possible. Our Closing Coordinator, along with our Buyer Specialist, Listing Coordinator & myself would all be there to walk you through every step of the way so there would be no surprises you're weren't prepared to handle.
